Title: CIBIL report not received

hi

i had applied online for a credit report around 20th Aug 2010 and sent in the address proof around 23rd aug. i also received the acknowledgement slip from the courier company. still to receive the credit report.
i also mailed the cibil id- info@cibil.com on this but yet to receive a response. any suggestions on how i can get the report?

CIBIL takes a long time to process. You can call their Number and ask the Status by quoting your PAN.

I thought the entry of Experian would change the landscape but they are equally slow in processing credit reports but very pleasing call center executives.

sent an e-mail to them. they reverted with the tracking number..received the credit report as well.
they are a little slow but need some prodding to get the job done! :)
