Title: How to Remove Name from CIBIL after ICICI Settlement ?

Sir,
I have cleared my personal loan from ICICI  on Nov.,2012 respectively.But my name is still in CIBIL defaulter list.How can I remove my name in list.

1. The letter Says it has been completed, did you pay the amount that you owed to them in FULL or Went for Settlement ?

2. If you have paid in full wait for a month or two and then Request your CIBIL Report again http://www.cardbhai.com/2009/08/cibil-credit-report-on-demand-available.html and see what does the ICICI personal Loan A/C Status says if it says A/C closed nothing to worry, if not then send me a sample of the report to feedback At Cardbhai Dot com and I'll let you know what to do.
