Hi Cardbhai,
I used to have an SBI cc about 2 yrs ago when i was in India. After leaving the country i happened to forget abt the repayment of the same which was abt Rs. 40000. Now the recovery people somehow managed to call my relatives n me as well here abroad n informed me tht a non bailable warrant has been issued against me and if i do not respond to it they can get me deported frm the country i am living in presently. I have to repay an amount of rs. 1,12,000 now. Can u pls advice tht how can i negotiate wit them and also can they take such legal action against me.
Thanks,
P.S

Since the issue is of serious nature that a Non Bailable Warrant is issued, kindly hire a lawyer and proceed accordingly.
