Central Bank of India is planning to launch a Hybrid Card - Debit cum Credit Card. The card will work as Debit Card as long as their is a Balance greater than the threshold. After that the Card Acts as Credit Card offering Unsecured Credit to the Customer. The bank is yet to get approval from the RBI for this product, but a cool feature I'd say.
Central Bank of India is also in talks with various corporates to launch co-branded credit cards.
