Post by: bhanukishor12@gmail.com on July 07, 2012, 11:27:34 AM
I had a HSBC credit card  and not using from 7 years .Account has a pending balance of 10000/-.Suddenly some settelment team is calling me and  asking me to pay 150000/-.

Can they proceed any legal complaint with inactive details after7yrs also.I would like to know INDIAN LAW/GUIDELINES about  Credit Card  payments and account validity.

Can CIBIL  will maintain these account details after 7 yrs and will show in the consumer report?
