Need Help to write a letter to Ombudsman

Dear Cardbhai

Please help me how to write complaint to Ombudsman. I am fed up with the settlement of card and the Bank not accept me to go. Please expecting your reply soon.

Writing/ Contacting Banking OMS will not help. Banks have full right whether they want to do settlement with you or not. You cant complain about it. Which Bank are u talking about???

Thanks for you help. I am having trouble with HDFC only, because my Salary account was also linked with the same so they will not come down for less for 1.2 k they offer me 95 k final even for that i need to pay 13k i am in very bad position to bear this, but the peoples calling from HDFC just try to threaten me that they will block my salary. I am fed up with trouble please do advice.

welli m not an expert but are they allowed to link two accounts with the consent of the account holder,i mean is this legally allowed,say i have one savings and on current account can they trasfer money from one account to the other with out my consent

They can link your account and deduct it from your salary. They have full right...
