The bank has been one of the first in launching many initiatives like “Tap and Pay” cards, tab banking, and toll collection.
ICICI Bank has large internal databases to evaluate customers and assign internal credit scores. Have vintage curve for retail segments to look at characteristics like signs of slowdown. External data from CIBIL, VISA, Mastercard, etc., being used as well.
