Title: non payment of installments

sir,

 i was having a icici bank credit card and 6 months back i converted the full amount into emi's as conveyed by them i paid 3 of them jan,feb and march till how many unpaid installments does any bank like icici bank etc. wait before taking any legal action in a credit card case. now i have sent a email for settlement in good faith and confidance along my all cc/od letters from bob mentioning sarfesi act notice and my circumstances.
