An interview with Manufacturer of snacks
How did you start your business?
We felt that there is a market for healthy snacks at reasonable prices. This is the core idea that led us to start our business.
What has been the role of online marketplace in your business?
Our entire model has no brick and mortar selling component and we sell online only. The technology has allowed us to access a wider marketplace beyond our physical location.
What has been your overall experience in selling online?
We initially struggled to create space for ourselves as we were new and had to deal with limited customer awareness. Whilst we are still dealing with this issue, the reach we have for our size is disproportionately large. A lot of start-ups are using the online platform as their main selling platform because of this reach that it offers.
