What is Organic growth strategy for the Company?

 I recently came across a new terms ‘Organic growth strategy’. Is there anyone aware to this terms and its importance?

Involves the Company Growing by itself by opening new branches, expansion etc. Inorganic growth involves BUYING out established players and thus the combined balance sheet grows.
