He also has a company Rare Equity Pvt Ltd. The earlier name of this company is Marganta Textiles Pvt Ltd which was acquired and name changed to Rare Equity in the year 2009.
This entity has a subsidiary Rare Worldwide Holdings PTE LTD registered in Mauritius (Tax Heaven of Billionaires) with address as follows - Les Cascades Building, Edith Cavell Street, Port Louis, Mauritius.
and the Share Capital of Mauritius entity is Rs 22 Crore.
What was the Net Profit of Rare Equity Pvt Ltd ?
For FY 2019-20, the Net Profit was Rs 4.9 Core.
Hillcroft Investment Company Pvt Ltd and Clue Leasing and Finance Company Pvt Ltd were merged into Rare Equity Pvt Ltd in 2019 led by Mr. Rakesh R. Jhunjhunwala.
