Why Retailers must apply for minimum bid lot in Super Hot IPO ?

CDSL India is a Super Hot IPO.
Retail - Reservation   12,063,523   35% of Issue (after Employee Reservation)
Minimum Bid lot   100   Shares
No. of applicants required *   1,20,635   Applicants

So if the Number of Applicants are like 50 Lakhs, then 1:40 will be allotted 100 shares each. So always apply for Minimum Lot in the IPO of Super Hot Companies as many people like you will be competing for shares.
