Gurgaon is in  its developing stages. Companies are moving to gurgaon and as companies are moving in so do the employees . Because of this , the property rate are booming and expected to go high and hign . At present, the rates are very high and if you can buy , then it will a profitable deal for you , weather you want to live or just want to trade . in both cases you will gain .
