Hi Members,
Could you please help me on how to start the debt settlement with my creditors ? I have 3 cards with AXIS, HDFC and HSBC and owe them about 250000.
What I need to do, I can only manage to pay them around 170000.
Whom I need to call to initiate the settlement ? and will they give me some documented proof of such settlements, so that they cannot claim anything afterwards.
Please help !!!!
