I used a Credit Card of Standard Charted Bank from 1998 to 2003 and over all balance is around 40,000 and i have not settled to till date, it is effecting my Civil Report, i have Score around 824 but this unsettle card balance is showing around 12lakhs,
i have apporched SCB Bank and asked them to seetle my account, now they are saying one year back they have sold to some agencies .
i have asked them to contact the agencies, now they are saying if i want to settle the card, i have to pay Rs.55000 without NDC.
if i want to settle with a NDC i have to pay RS.110000.
please suggest
