The IPO of XL Telecom was priced at Rs 150 and the stock closed on the listing day at Rs 135 a 10% discount to the offer price.
The company’s post-issue share capital is Rs 14.5 crores and promoters stake is 62.37%. The company reported a net profit of Rs 10.67 crores on net sales of Rs 396 crores.
