Intime Spectrum the worst IPO Registrar

You all know by now that Intime Spectrum is the worst registrar in the Indian IPO market. Intime Spectrum never respond to any e-mails / fax and their phone lines are always busy.

Some small investor friendly person filed a petition against Intime Spectrum Ltd and has suspended all their activities by a ruling of Kolkatta High Court. Thank God, no more IPO issues to be handled by Intime Spectrum from now. Hopefully the SEBI will wake up now.

Troubled and Undersubscribed, Cairn India Ltd IPO is now handled by Big Share Registry India Ltd.

  1. HI, everybody cautious. Because, registrar is INTIME SPECTRUM. So, If you apply for this IPO, your refundable money will not come-back upto 3,4 months. So, Everybody can avoid any IPO If the registrar is Intime Spectrum. Since starting every body is facing the problem with Intime Spectrum. Their phones are always engage And their mail ID’s are not working and finally no response from their company. So, some cheating is going on with the Intime Spectrum registrar. SEBI alos calm. I made many complaints against the Intime Spectrum. Please think over befor going to apply the IPO which lead by the Intime Spectrum.

  3. I had a horrible and tortorous time with INTIME (never in time !!) when I applied for Parsvnath. Here is what happened? I applied for 40 shares initially but later changed the application (all online) to 200 shares. The money got debited accordingly but when the allotment and refund came – was shocked- the original 40 share application amount alone got considered. I had to write 500+ email, call 200+ times (in 200 attempts, I was able to speak to INTIME, 2 times only and that too on Saturday only), call Parsvnath Co.Secrty and VP Finance constantly – to get back my money. It took about 45 days more to realise the remaining money and when it finally came, there was no advance mail even from INTIME that they had sent it, even though I have been hounding them. Morale of the story – be careful with Indian IPOs and more important, never change your IPO application. If you want, cancel and then reapply. That way, all the software glitches between your DEMAT account, bank and registrar will NOT hurt you. But, end point is, I will be very, very cautious and think twice, if the registrar is INTIME.
